Job summary

Responsibilities

Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service to branch visitors.
Answer inquiries and provide information about bank products and services.
Cross-sell loans, accounts, investments, mortgage and other products.
Take ownership of customer issues to resolve and ensure satisfaction.
Process transactions accurately while complying with policies and regulations.
Generate new accounts, loans and referrals to meet customer needs and branch goals.
