Job summary

Oriental Bank is seeking an Associate, Sales & Services (Branches) in Ponce, PR. You will deliver proactive customer service, identify client financial needs, and cross-sell loans, accounts, investments, and mortgages.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and 2 years of retail/sales experience, with strong English/Spanish proficiency. You will rotate across branch locations and work on-site in the Southern Region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Two years of retail/sales experience.
Experience in financial services or related work desirable.
Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
Excellent consulting, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Availability and flexibility to adhere to branch schedule and operations.

Responsibilities

Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service.
Receives bank visitors, provides information, and directs them to appropriate staff.
Responds to customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
Generate new accounts, loans and other products as defined to meet needs and branch goals.
Cross-sells bank products and services.
Take ownership of customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Position rotates across multiple branch locations in the Southern Region.
