Job summary

US Eagle Federal Credit Union in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time, exempt Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and deliver exceptional member service in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, compliance, and loan support, with flex scheduling Mon–Sat. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to impact the community.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish in professional setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet members personally and reference them by name.
• Provide excellent member service in English and Spanish.
• Schedule and monitor daily branch activities using FMSI.
• Hire, train, direct, and evaluate staff; handle promotions and performance issues.
• Ensure branch operations meet internal policies and external regulations; perform audits.
• Explain services to members to generate business and promote positive relations.
• Assist with balancing daily transactions and processing loans as needed.
• Manage teller platform operations when assigned; supervise branch operations in manager's absence.
• Complete member follow-up the same day by email/phone.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
