Job summary

Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative in Dripping Springs. The MSR role combines teller and personal banker duties to serve members with a friendly, efficient approach and promote RBFCU products and services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in financial institutions, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Flexible Monday through Saturday schedule required.
• Ability to cover staffing at any location within the region as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with PC and office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional, quality service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, video, drive-thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain cash control and comply with policies and laws.
• Engage members with needs-based conversations and recommend products/services.
• Support sales culture and branch standards through best practices.
