Chartway Credit Union in St. George, Utah is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead daily branch operations and drive sales performance. You will partner with the Market Director to meet goals, coach staff, and deliver exceptional member service.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of progressive banking experience, and bilingual Spanish. You will manage teller operations, oversee community outreach, and ensure compliant, efficient service across the branch.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Approximately three to five years of demonstrated progression in job related experience.

Responsabilités

• Maximize sales function and goal achievement at the branch.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for the retail office.
• Generate loans and deposits by engaging SEGs and community groups.
• Research member inquiries to drive satisfaction and sales.
• Lead and coach the sales team to meet goals.
