Job summary

Regional Finance is hiring for an on-site Loan Specialist in Texas. You will drive loan sales, build customer relationships, and educate clients on loan terms while navigating credit decisions and delinquency management.

Requirements include 1+ year sales experience, cash handling ability, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Competitive pay with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.

• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle while recommending tailored financial solutions
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past-due balances through payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities
• Clearly educate and inform customers on loan terms and optional products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options
• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service
• This is an on-site role serving customers in person and by phone. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays and late evenings may be required based on business needs.
