Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle; recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to support informed lending decisions.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence in all lending activities.
