PNC’s Grant - Silverbell Branch in Tucson, AZ seeks a full-time Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver a differentiated customer experience. You will manage risk, coach a high-performing team, and partner with ecosystem collaborators to meet community banking goals.

Spanish language skills are preferred, and candidates should be familiar with balance sheet and income statement concepts to guide business decisions while upholding PNC’s values and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree not required; related experience preferred.
• Experience leading branch teams and sales initiatives is essential.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management is necessary.
