Vera Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support busy front-desk operations in Pembroke Pines, FL. The role emphasizes friendly bilingual English/Spanish customer interactions, scheduling, and data entry in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will greet customers, answer calls, coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups, and assist with general office tasks. Prior receptionist experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred (automotive or body shop experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
• Open and close repair orders and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with insurance companies, estimators, and technicians.
• Assist with general office duties (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.).
