The role includes scheduling appointments, coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pickups, opening and closing repair orders, and assisting with general office tasks while communicating with insurance companies, estimators, and technicians. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Receptionist or administrative experience preferred (automotive or body shop experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
• Open and close repair orders and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with insurance companies, estimators, and technicians.
• Assist with general office duties (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
