You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, coordinating valet services, and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles.

The role requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record – no recent moving violations.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Assist guests with packages, umbrellas, and car doors as needed.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles per policy and laws.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and address hazards.
• Follow ThinkSafe safety guidelines and protocols.
• Handle cash, valet tickets, keys, and equipment securely.
• Arrive on time in uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
