Job summary

One Community Health is seeking a Benefits and Leave Administrator to join our Human Resources team at our Hood River clinic. This full-time role focuses on benefits administration, leave management, workers' compensation, safety, and HR compliance, ensuring an excellent employee experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR, knowledge of FMLA/ADA/OSHA, and experience with ADP and HRIS systems, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources or related support role.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEOC and state leave laws.
• Experience with benefits administration and workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits administration including enrollments and compliance.
• Manage leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Coordinate workers' compensation and safety programs.
• Maintain HR compliance with laws and privacy requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and benefits docs.
• Run reporting and tracking deadlines for HR processes.
• Support HRIS and payroll data integrity in ADP.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on benefits and leave.
