Wipro Infrastructure Engineering is seeking a Benefits Administrator, Shared Services to support employees across five U.S. locations. The role is based in Columbus, Nebraska, serving as the central resource for benefits administration and education.

Travel to U.S. locations is required 30-40%; the candidate should be able to explain complex benefits clearly and educate employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in benefits administration or related HR.
• Experience with health/welfare benefits.
• Experience with HRIS or benefits systems.
• Strong Excel and detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare benefits and retirement plans.
• Manage enrollments, life events, terminations, and changes.
• Coordinate COBRA and vendor relations.
• Review enrollment and billing accuracy.
• Lead Open Enrollment activities and communications.
• Answer employee questions about plans and eligibility.
• Provide clear benefits education across locations.
• Travel to U.S. locations for onsite support.
• Train local HR teams for consistent benefits information.
• Develop benefits SOPs, FAQs, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, Section 125.
• Maintain data in HRIS and benefits systems.
• Prepare enrollment and usage reports for leadership.
• Identify process improvements and employee experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and payroll.
