Job summary

Innovo Benefits Group is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage enrollments, COBRA, audits, and HRIS related tasks. You will interact with clients, carriers, and the brokerage side to ensure accurate benefits administration and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 2–3 years in benefits or HR, strong communication, and bilingual abilities are a plus. Remote position with minimal travel to Concord, MA and New England clients, core hours 9–5.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefit enrollments, payroll coordination, problem resolution, COBRA administration, vendor management, and open enrollment.
• Maintain accuracy of client benefits administration through monthly audits of invoices and HRIS data.
• Act as liaison between employees and carriers/brokers to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and clients.
• Provide ongoing training to clients on HRIS systems.
