A behavioral healthcare provider in Warren County, NJ is looking for a Bilingual Behavioral Technician to provide emotional and behavioral support to children with developmental disabilities. This role offers flexible part-time hours, a starting rate of $20.00/hour, and a $300 sign-on bonus. Qualified candidates must have a valid NJ driver's license and be working towards certification. The position requires attendance in case reviews and training sessions, ensuring the welfare of clients while following organizational guidelines.

Formación

• Must complete NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-physical emotional and behavioral support to children.
• Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
• Conduct functional assessments and manage behavioral concerns.
