Qualifications
Must complete NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
Must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Provide non-physical emotional and behavioral support to children.
Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
Conduct functional assessments and manage behavioral concerns.
