Job summary

A healthcare provider is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Technician to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Camden County, NJ. This role offers a $300 sign-on bonus, requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and has flexible hours of 5 to 20 per week with evening shifts. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and either have 3 years of relevant experience or 1 year with an RBT certification. Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Either 3 years of relevant experience or 1 year with a valid RBT certification.
• Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass all state and federal background checks.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-physical emotional and behavioral support to children and families.
• Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
• Conduct functional assessments, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Use redirection strategies to manage behavioral concerns.
• Submit visit notes promptly following each session in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines.
• Respond to crises using de-escalation and safety strategies.
• Engage clients in interest-based activities to support growth and awareness.
• Attend case reviews, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Follow all agency protocols, procedures, and professional guidelines.
