A regional behavioral healthcare provider in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Technician to provide emotional and behavioral support to children with developmental disabilities. The role offers flexibility with hours primarily scheduled in the evenings, and a starting rate of $20.00 per hour. Opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training are included, along with a $300 sign-on bonus for new technicians. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide emotional and behavioral support to children and families.
• Implement strategies from each child’s Individual Support Plan.
• Attend case reviews, team meetings, and required training.
