Job summary
A behavioral health services provider in Cape May County is seeking Bilingual Behavioral Technicians to support children with developmental disabilities. This role offers flexible hours, working primarily evenings for 5-20 hours per week. Ideal candidates will provide emotional support, implement individual support plans, and engage clients in activities. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged. A $300 sign-on bonus is available for new hires, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
Must complete NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
Must be working towards Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months.
Valid New Jersey Driver’s License required.
Responsibilities
Provide non-physical, emotional support to children.
Implement strategies in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
Conduct functional assessments including daily living activities.
Engage clients in interest-based activities to support growth.
