Job summary
A leading healthcare service provider in New Jersey seeks dedicated Behavioral Technicians to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will provide emotional and behavioral support in-home, in-community, and in-center, with flexible evening shifts averaging 5–20 hours per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and complete the NJ Behavioral Assistant Certification within six months. A valid NJ Driver’s License and background checks are mandatory. Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must complete NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months.
Valid New Jersey Driver’s License and background checks necessary.
Responsibilities
Provide emotional and behavioral support to children and families.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the client.
Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.

Education
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
