This role involves offering emotional and behavioral support, ensuring safety, and adhering to individualized support plans, with a flexible schedule of 5–20 hours weekly. Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
Initiative to frequently check emails for admin communications.
Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
Must pass all state and federal background checks.
Responsibilities
Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the client.
Submit visit notes promptly following each session.
Respond to crises using de-escalation and safety strategies.
Engage clients in interest-based activities to promote growth.
