Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
Must complete required certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities
Visit clients at home or in the community to provide relief and support.
Implement and develop interventions from the Individual Support Plan.
Submit visit notes promptly following each session.
Follow and implement agency policies.
