Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Must complete required certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients at home or in the community to provide relief and support.
• Implement and develop interventions from the Individual Support Plan.
• Submit visit notes promptly following each session.
• Follow and implement agency policies.
• Participate in required trainings.
