Qualifikationen

• BLS (CPR) certification required or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Familiarity with Behavioral Health (BH) preferred.
• Experience in administrative support is a plus.

• Assist with patient registration and scheduling using EHR.
• Manage provider schedules to optimize patient access.
• Handle referrals and prior authorizations for BH services.
