Job summary

ABS Kids is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will teach through play, follow treatment plans, and collect data to document progress.

You will help kids develop essential life, motor, social, and communication skills while working within a structured, team-based schedule. Eligible candidates may earn premium pay for bilingual sessions and can pursue growth toward BCBA through supported training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English or another language qualifies for premium pay.
• Paid prior experience with kids preferred.
• Desire to learn and provide quality care.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids while playing and following a treatment plan.
• Observe, play and collect data to write progress notes.
• Help kids learn life, motor, social, and emotional skills.
• Work with the child to shape behaviors into communication.
