Job summary

ABS Kids in Oxnard, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism under ABA treatment plans. You can earn $20.00–$24.50 per hour with premium pay for bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and potential for a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We offer a set weekday schedule, paid training, full benefits after 30 days, and opportunities to earn a Master’s degree in ABA to become a BCBA through our supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism or ABA-friendly settings.
• Ability to work with families and follow treatment plans.
• Prior paid experience with kids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids while following a treatment plan for each child.
• Observe, play, collect data, and write progress notes.
• Help kids learn life skills and shape behaviors into communication.
• Complete required documentation and participate in team meetings.
