Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using ABA methods. The role offers premium pay for bilingual Spanish/English candidates and a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs. Training on the job is provided, and paid time off accrues with hours worked.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• No experience? We'll train you on the job.
• Experience with children or related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, and daily living.
