ABS Kids in California seeks a Behavior Technician to support children with autism using ABA therapy. You will provide one-on-one sessions, collect data, and help develop essential life skills in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience with children or adults with special needs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients with autism.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Help child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, and social skills.
• Maintain safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
