Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in client homes and other locations. You will use ABA therapy, play, and patient instruction to build real-life skills and track progress with data collection tools.

We value bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) and offer premium pay for language needs, plus a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs. Training is provided on the job, with flexible shifts to match your schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child!
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills
• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly
