Job summary

ABS Kids is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism. You will teach kids through play, follow individualized treatment plans, observe and collect data, and help develop essential life skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred; you can earn $1.00/hour premium for bilingual sessions. The position offers a set weekday schedule with guaranteed 30 hours after paid training and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.
• Paid experience with children preferred (e.g., camp, daycare, ABA).
• Must be available 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00, Mon-Fri.
• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification.
• Energetic, playful, creative and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids through play following a treatment plan.
• Observe, play and collect data for progress notes.
• Help kids learn life skills: motor, social, emotional.
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication.
