Join Centria Autism as a Behavior Technician and help children with autism unlock their potential. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, applying evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow in the field of Behavioral Analysis. You may need to stand, walk, and assist with activities that engage clients daily.

Qualifications

• Patience when working with children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pass background check and meet safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Assist with mobility and safety for clients up to 50 pounds.
