Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, applying individualized plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods. Training is provided to empower you to help every child reach potential.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid certification and Tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress.
• Participate in comprehensive training to support each child and family.
