Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and values patient, compassionate teamwork. The role requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a pay range of $19–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Spanish fluency.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
