Job summary

Centri a Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians, delivering individualized behavior interventions to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one, teaching communication and daily living skills using evidence-based methods, while maintaining patience and teamwork.

Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certifications and pass a background check. Pay range is $18-24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress with guidance from BCBA.
