Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking part-time caregivers to work with children with autism in clients’ homes and in local centers as needed. Availability is required weekdays 3:30pm–8pm, up to 20 hours weekly, with daily pay access and a pay rate of $22.00–$29.00 per hour.

Spanish fluency is required, with an additional $0.50/hr for Spanish-speaking staff. We offer comprehensive training to earn the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and a potential additional $0.50/hr upon

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer—babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Mandatory training including: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, CPR, CPI, overlaps; pass exam to become RBT
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• Big heart, patience, and ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
