Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is hiring for a part-time caregiver to support children and teens with autism in Albuquerque. You’ll work mainly in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, 3:30pm–8pm, Monday–Friday. Training is provided, and Spanish fluency is required, with an extra $0.50/hr for Spanish speakers.

You will help kids learn through play, track progress, and support families. A reliable car and background checks are required, and compensation ranges from $22–$28 per hour with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed and at least one semester of college coursework
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer)
• Spanish fluency required
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Successful completion of mandatory training including RBT training and exam

Responsibilities

• Provide services in clients' homes, with some sessions at local centers
• Teach and support children through play to develop skills
• Be a positive role model and track progress with families
• Keep session notes and attend required trainings and certifications
