Qualifications

• Paid prior experience working with kids.
• Energetic, playful, creative and able to think quickly.
• Dependable and reliable for families.
• Able to get up and down off the floor and move quickly.
• Tech savviness with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365.
• Desire to learn, work independently, and provide quality care.
• Interested in evidence-based methods.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids through play following a treatment plan.
• Observe, play and collect data to write progress notes.
• Help kids develop life skills such as motor, social and emotional skills.
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication.
