Job summary

ABS Kids in Poway, CA seeks part-time Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism. Earn $20.00–$25.00/hour, with premium pay for bilingual Spanish/English speakers, and a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We offer on-the-job training and paid RBT certification; travel time/mileage reimbursement is provided. Whether you're entry-level or seasoned, you’ll collect data, apply ABA strategies, and help kids develop daily living skills in client homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience with children or adults with special needs
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Reliability to travel to client homes and locations

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child
• Use ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as daily living
• Move up and down off floor quickly as needed
