Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a Bilingual Behavior Technician or RBT to support children with autism in home-based ABA sessions after school, from 3 to 7 p.m., on a part-time basis. The role emphasizes data collection, progress reporting, and close collaboration with families to build communication, social skills, and self-care.

A bilingual English/Spanish capability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation are required; a tablet or laptop is needed for sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification may be required or obtained after joining.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implements ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes and records client progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors with consistency.
• Assists clients to acquire academic or life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry accurately.
