Job summary

Butterfly Effects, an in-home ABA provider in Georgia, seeks bilingual Behavior Technicians or RBTs to support children with autism in family settings. This part-time role offers 12–20 hours per week, on-site sessions, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to grow toward BCBA with company sponsorship and training.

You will support families directly in home environments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification if already obtained.
• Genuine love for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry in our online system.
• Participates in ongoing training and maintains client confidentiality.
• Follows Butterfly Effects policies.
