Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to support children and families affected by autism. This part-time role features after-school hours, with Monday–Friday 4:00pm–7:00pm shifts and paid training.

You will work directly with children in home, school, or center settings, using play-based ABA methods, while being guided by experienced supervisors. RBT certification is encouraged and we will help you obtain it.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college coursework a plus.
• Passionate about working with children and families.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support children with autism in natural environments.
• Deliver ABA-based sessions and play-based activities.
• Collaborate with families and supervisory team.
• Attend training and complete competency checks.
