In this part‑time role (3pm–7pm, 9–15 hours weekly), you will implement plans, observe progress, manage behaviors, and document data; Spanish fluency is required.

HS diploma required; reliable transportation; opportunities to advance toward RBT/BCBA with company support and training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• ASL fluency would be a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass a company background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Observes and reports on client's progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors and applies behavioral principles consistently.
• Assists clients in acquiring academic or life skills as needed.
• Documents data and maintains confidentiality.
