Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist/Empowerment Specialist in California. The role supports children and teens with developmental disabilities, offering part-time work with a path to full-time hours, and weekend/holiday incentives.

You will implement ABA plans, track progress, and work with families and a clinical team to improve quality of life. Requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and Spanish bilingual ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Spanish bilingual ability is required.
• Reliable transportation and a passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support with children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide at least 15 hours of therapy per week.
• Track progress with data collection to guide next steps.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies.
