Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, customer service, call center, or BDC.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries.
• Communicate with customers in English and Spanish to understand needs and guide them through purchasing.
• Follow up with new and existing leads to create and maintain sales opportunities.
• Engage with customers to understand vehicle needs, preferences, and buying timeline.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team.
