Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is seeking a motivated, bilingual BDC Sales Representative who will be among the first contacts for customers, turning inquiries and leads into real sales opportunities.

The role requires confident English and Spanish communication, a friendly, organized approach, and the ability to work well with the CRM and sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish for strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in sales, customer service, call center, BDC, or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries.
• Communicate with customers in English and Spanish to guide them through purchasing the process.
• Follow up with new and existing leads to create and maintain sales opportunities.
