Capital Automotive Group is seeking a bilingual inside sales professional for Fleet Account Representative to join our Raleigh team. You will handle outbound calls, build relationships with fleet customers, and drive sales with English and Spanish communication.

Ideal candidates have sales or call center experience, automotive exposure preferred, and familiarity with VinSolutions or another CRM. Competitive pay with bonuses and ongoing coaching are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Prior sales or call center experience preferred.
• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with VinSolutions or any CRM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
