Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to Communicate with customers in both languages.
• Experience in sales or call center environments preferred.
• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using a CRM (VinSolutions or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50-70 outbound calls per day to prospects and fleet customers.
• Build relationships with business owners and fleet managers.
• Understand vehicle and fleet needs and translate into solutions.
• Manage pipeline and follow up in the CRM.
• Hit sales targets and earn performance bonuses.
