Job summary

Cavender Nissan of Rockwall is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Center Representative to join our service team. You will handle incoming calls, manage internet leads, and schedule appointments to support the Service Department.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Criminal history background check will be conducted prior to employment.
• Bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and gather accurate customer information to build a database for follow-up and retention.
• Manage internet leads and follow a process to turn leads into appointments.
• Use computer skills to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Use phone skills to set solid appointments with daily calls and outbound leads.
• Other duties as assigned.
