Behavior Stars ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) fluent in Spanish and English to join our Connecticut-based clinical team. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and collaborate with families and professionals to deliver high-quality ABA services.
The role requires valid BCBA certification and CT licensure eligibility, with travel within Connecticut.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our growing clinical team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building relationships with families, mentoring behavior technicians, and creating individualized treatment programs that make a lasting impact.
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed
Provide parent and caregiver training
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
Participate in insurance authorizations and treatment plan reviews
Collaborate with physicians, schools, therapists, and other providers
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code
Support a positive, collaborative clinical culture
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Connecticut Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility to obtain one)
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Reliable transportation for travel within Connecticut
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
