  • Analyze client progress data and make appropriate program modifications
  • Conduct parent training to support carryover and generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and funding‑source requirements
  • Manage caseloads independently while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective service delivery
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of ABA experience working with children with autism and developmental needs preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines consistently
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with data collection and electronic documentation systems required

What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation: $90–$100/hour
  • Flexible scheduling that supports work‑life balance
  • Supportive and responsive clinical leadership
  • Streamlined systems designed to reduce administrative burden
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • A collaborative environment that values ethical, high‑quality ABA services
  • Autonomy and respect for your clinical expertise
Who You Are:
  • Reliable, professional, and accountable
  • Passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for children and families
  • Organized and proactive in managing responsibilities
  • Clinically confident and adaptable
