Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive BIPs based on ABA.
• Design and implement data collection systems to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to set individualized goals.
• Deliver direct intervention services and teach functional skills as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with standards.
