Responsibilities

• Conduct Initial assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.
• Design and implement data collection systems to monitor client progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to set individualized goals.
• Deliver direct intervention services, including therapy sessions and teaching functional skills.
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress and required paperwork in compliance with standards.
